What we collect

When you fill in the call-back form, you give us your name, your phone number and the reason for your enquiry. The form places these details in a WhatsApp message, which you send to our admissions desk yourself. If you call or message us directly, we receive your number and whatever you choose to tell us.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange an admission. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with advertisers.

Confidentiality

Enquiries about recovery are sensitive. Only the admissions and clinical staff who need your details to help you can see them.

Cookies and measurement

This page may use Google tools to count visits and to measure whether our advertisements lead to calls and enquiries. These tools may place cookies on your device. They do not receive your name, your phone number or anything you write in the form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to meet our legal duties, and then delete them.
